went there to store to get parts lost from older purchase
took 3 employees but got the parts 'was ready to pay and they said Merry christmas basically ( no charge)

The furniture is a great value. The salespeople were quite helpful. Unfortunately, when I went to pick up my wine rack, my experience was a bit different. The warehouse crew took 20 minutes just to find it. Then they made me sign a paper stating absolutely no returns. Then the sales rep told me I could return it if I didn't like it in my house. Fortunately, I really like the piece, so that won't be a problem.
