having moved into a condo, the kitchen was in need of updating and well as the half bath. Dan not only gave me great ideas, but was very prompt with a bid and time frame for the work to be done. Everything was completed on time and within the budget we had agreed upon. I'm looking forward to working with him again this spring in doing the two remaining baths.
