Not very good. When they got a chance to look at it the following week, I had a message from Aaron on my voice mail that the repairman came back from lunch and easily found a shear pin that had broke. It took him a couple hours and the shear pin was only about 75 cents, so Aaron said on the voice mail, "we are at about $260.00 now, without looking at the fridge yet. If you would like to not have us look at the fridge, call me back." I did not call back, but I did want them to check out the fridge. The next week I had a message that the trailer was done, that they took a look at the trailer and it didn't need any work. They looked at it for about an hour but they would only charge me for a half hour. The total cost would. Be $790. I was shocked for obvious reasons! I expected a little more than $260 to look at the fridge, but not 530 dollars more! I called back and left a message on Aaron's line asking if there was a mistake. I was quoted only $260 to fix the shear pin. How could it be $530 more to look at the fridge? I was able to talk to Aaron shortly after and he said that he couldn't find anyone who quoted me that amount of $260. I told him he did, and he denied it. I told him I had his voice recorded saying that. He again denied ever saying that. He said replacing the shear pin took them 7 hours and that was the labor cost and that was why it was $790. I went on to remind him of his previous voice mail he left, and he said "You people with tent trailers never want to pay your bill!" After all that, I went in to pickup the trailer, and Aaron apologized for the hassle and worked it out with the boss to reduce it to $503.00. I paid it just to be done. I did appreciate him coming down in the cost. I'm still upset that it was more than it should have been and the insult. I guess the people who own tent trailers are the low lifes of the camping world.

Will never use them again.

So far to date we are happy with the purchase. We had a manufacture problem but they took care of it.

I made an appointment to bring my RV in. And waited 3 working days before they started work on my RV. I repeatedly asked for my old pump to be returned to me if it needed to be replaced. When the work was completed the pump old could not be found. they have a counter person who should learn better customer service skills, he even insulted my RV.

Mike Curtis is the man we dealt with he has always been very patient and we plan on giving him our business as soon as we sell our home. We would highly recommend this company. We have gotten specials through this company as well for our camper shells.
