I checked a few down towns made some calls and they came in with the best price. I know exactly what I wanted; number of letters and everything plus the logos of our agency and they were all away around too come in. They were 20 % cheaper than the others. If I would go make another trophy I would go back to them. They're really meticulous in making sure of the spelling. They were good and the quality of the product was very attractive; handsome plaque. I didn't have any problems. I got in and they met the timeline and the product is good.

I contacted the company and dealt with Amber both on the phone, and then later in person at their place of business. She was professional and explained things well, answered all my numerous questions, and came up with a format for what we needed. The problem we had was that the LHS Constitution team had won not only the state competition, but came in first for the national championship. The plaque that they were awarded was a generic plaque with only the name of the competition, and an engraved image of the US Constitution. There was no mention of the name of the team, or recognition of any of the individuals. So it was decided to have a sister plaque with the names of team and coaches to sit beside it in the trophy case at school. Also, since there were no individual awards for the team members, other than a small medallion, it was also decided to construct smaller plques for each of the team members. Not only did amber help in the design of these plaques, but arranged for a very reasonable price, waiving the set-up fee for the large number of letters needed to include all the names, and arranging for construction of the plaques in a reasonable and expedition time frame. The entire process was painless and friendly, and it was a pleasure doing business with her and Crown Trophy. I will definitely use them again for any trophy needs that may come up in the future.

I talked to Kelsey in person to get ideas of what I could and couldn't do. Then, when we were ready to order was able to handle everything over email. They were on time, friendly, and responsive to my needs. I will definitely use them again!

HAVE USED THIS COMPANY MANY TIME FOR ALL MY KIDS SPORTING EVENTS. TROPHIES HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ON TIME, OCCASIONALLY A MISSPELLED NAME, BUT ALWAYS QUICKLY RECTIFIED.

I HAVE FOUND CROWN TROPHY TO BE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PRODUCE QUALITY WORK. THEY ARE EASY TO WORK WITH AND BACK THEIR WORK IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY FOR ANY REASON. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
