She's a neat lady with a kooky/friendly personality but also a consummate professional and incredibly skilled at what she does. I still can't even fathom how she was able to get that amount of work done at such a high level of detail in just 5 hours by herself. Nothing was overlooked - inside, above, and underneath the fridge, spots on the walls, dusty blinds, and even the laundry sink tub was shining. The last time I had a company do move out clean, they sent two people for 4 hours and they only got about 75% of what Carla did herself in 5 hours (in the heat). I'm super pleased and would use her again in a heartbeat.

We called her on a Friday and she came out Monday to do our initial cleaning. I clean regularly and keep my house "surface clean", but with 4 kids ages 4 - 7 (not to mention a 135 lb dog and two cats!), I don't have time for the details.
Carla showed up about five minutes early ready to work (brings all of her own supplies). We did an initial walk-through where we pointed out the things that we were most worried about and Carla explained what her typical cleaning involved. I was very impressed with Carla's thoroughness and attention to detail! I should mention that my dad owns a cleaning business down in California, so I am EXTREMELY picky and detail oriented when it comes to cleaning. We tried out someone else a few weeks ago who did not clean to my standards and was not invited back!
When I left to head back to work, Carla was already scrubbing out my kitchen cupboards. When I returned 5 hours later, the first thing I noticed when I walked in the door was how clean my house smelled! Carla had told us ahead of time that she may not get to everything the first cleaning, but that whatever she didn't get to she would work into later cleanings. I was pleasantly surprised to find that she had completed everything that we had talked about...
In addition to scrubbing out the kitchen cupboards, the grout lines on the tiled kitchen counter, top of the crown molding and baseboards, and getting my bathtub cleaner than I've ever seen it, she also left my hardwood floors sparkling clean, washed both the inside and outside of our glass sliding door (removing all of the muddy dog prints and sticky hand prints), thoroughly vacuumed the furniture (including a micro-fiber sofa that the dog thinks is his, and which I can never seem to get all of the hair off of), dusted pictures, even dusted the little wooden slats on my headboard! She is even willing to pick up/put away toys, change sheets on all the beds if you leave them out, and rotate and fold laundry! I swear my house literally sparkled when she was done!

Carla has been cleaning our house for over 8 years and does a great job! It's so nice to come home and have the entire house clean and know that everything has been done well. When we went through a recent remodel, she has very flexible about the cleaning schedule and the extra cleaning after it was finished. We've been very pleased!

She is wonderful and flexible !!!!! We hired Carla back in September of 2010 when we just couldn't keep up with the house anymore with two kids and two full time jobs and sports it just got to be too much. Carla comes in every two weeks and cleans. It is like a little slice of heaven everytime she comes. She does a beautiful job ! My bigges compliment is my floors she does them by hand. I have LOTS of laminate flooring rather than carpet. She sweeps and cleans it by hand every visit - it is so wonderful ! Another glorious thing is that my sink is always so sparkling white !!! It is amazing ! She does a great job on the whole house those are just two things that make me go WOW everytime she comes !!! She also cleans some of my friends houses that is how I heard about her. She will come when it fits into your schedule and cleans at all times of day. Our schedule is so chaotic and she always fits us in where it is convienent ! I just can't give her enough praises - she is wonderful !!!
