I was very pleased. Their selection of frames was a little limited, but I had no trouble finding several choices that I liked. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had paid over $800 for my last pair of glasses/frames at my eye doctor's office. Here, I got a set of glasses with incremental lenses plus a pair of single-vision sunglasses with frames for $430. Got them in just over a week which I thought was excellent service.

I like their price. The customer service is good but sometimes you have to wait a while. They're good and they give good information.

About a week after placing my order, I picked up my glasses and the same staff person made sure they were a good fit, and that I was happy with them. The cost was less than half of what another well-known optometry office had quoted me, and I was impressed with the staff, with their choice of frames, and with their warranty. I'll definitely continue to use Costco Optometry services in the future.

He got four or five pairs of glasses and he was very happy with it. The only problem is that he was totally on his own. If you go to other places, they help you with the frames and make sure they fit your face, but they just asked him to pick out frames. As far as price and quality, he was very happy with it. They called immediately when the glasses came in, I just wish they had assisted him with the frames. The first time he went he got a number and had to wait because they were very busy, but he got waited on right away when he went back.

I basically went to them because Consumer Reports said that for their pricing, the quality of their work was fine. I have been very pleased with them, and they offer a really good price. They don’t make the glasses there. They have to send their work out, so it takes some time to get the glasses. That is probably the only thing that would be a concern. The billing and administration part went well too. My glasses seem to work fine. I don’t have anything negative to say - I have no problems with them. I would use them again in the future.

We have been using them for a long time. I had a pleasant experience with them. They had limited collection but their prices were great. They were professional, and I have no complaints at all. It is easy to see them. The office environment is clean and good. I did not have to wait long when I went there. The staff was very friendly.

They were very professional. The space where you get your exam in was very small, which my husband did not like. Other than that they were great and the doctor did a good job. She really took the time to make sure I had the correct prescription rather than just use the same prescription I came in with. She was also very punctual and the facilities were clean. The selection of glasses was not great.

The appointment went well. Sherry Landry is easy to work with, friendly and helpful. She measured 12 windows and provided cost on-the-spot. Within 1 1/2 hours she was out the door with the order.

They were great. The pictures looked good and were completed on time.

COSTCO TIRE CENTERS ARE A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE OPERATION. WHEN I DROPPED OFF MY CAR I WAS PLEASED THAT THE SERVICE AGENT CONFIRMED WITH ME THAT THE AMOUNT OF TIME WOULD TAKE WAS ALRIGHT WITH ME. THEY ALSO COMPLETED THE JOB EARLIER THAT ESTIMATED.
