Telephone call to business to describe problem resulted in trouble-shooting questions which were unresolved. Took PC unit to business. Problem identified and solved within 1/2 hour. Technitian was helpful and professional. Price was very satisfactory.

After numerous phone calls to other shops that didn't carry the part I needed, Jim sold me a compatible power supply (even though it wasn't an exact match) and gave advice on alternatives if it didn't work. I was able to get it to work and appreciated Jim's "thinking outside the box".
