Overall, they did a good job. I thought maybe they could have been a little cleaner in appearance and they didn't wear any shoe covers on their sneakers in which I did not like too much but they were on time. They were also nice and they cleaned everything up when they were done.

WE HAVE THIS SERVICE DONE ONCE A YEAR TO MAINTAIN THE SAFETY OF OUR FIREPLACE. THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB, THEY WERE DEPENDABLE, HONEST ,AND HARD WORKING. DID NOT TAKE THEM VERY LONG,ONLY ABOUT A HOUR TO CLEAN THE WHOLE CHIMNEY
