The technician was great. It was in-between snow storms and he got it done before the next storm rolled in.

Great! The rear windshield on my sons car cracked and started falling in to the back seat. Most of the charge was covered by our insurance company with $100.00 deductible. Cascade Auto Glass offered $20.00 off. Our total cost being $80.00.

I drove up to Seattle with my wife and on the way a rock hit our windshield sending a 1 ft crack out and scaring us half to death. Didnt have time to get anything done about it up there, so when I got back I called Cascade auto glass as they had a deal where I would receive money off my Comp deductible on the windshield replacement. I scheduled a time, and wanted it done at Sunset Audi while my car was in for service and I had a loaner car for the day. They gave a window of noon to 5pm. Audi dealership called me just before 5pm and said no one has come for the windshield. I went to pick up my car, and they had just arrived. I was a little irritated the glass was not done as I was turning in my rental car. The gentleman (John) @ Cascade glass apologized and was willing to follow me to my house and do the work there soI was not stuck while it was being done. I feel they went above and beyond as they did not finish their day until 6:30pm or so.
All got done, and it looked great.
Note: I am an insurance agent, and was interested to see if somehow they were charging the insurance company more by using the and quot;deductible assistanceand quot;. So I listened in with them as we filed the claim through my insurance with my company. They accept the standard rate the insurance company pays for glass replacement, and they must pay that assistance out of their profits. This is very good, as some body repair shops do shady things charging the insurance company more and then and quot;help pay the insured's deductibleand quot;.
Overall, great experience.

I was very pleased with the prompt service from Cascade. They came to my house at time indicated: the young manwho replaced the windshield was very friendly: the work was completed within a reasonable time: and the area wasleft in cleaned condition. What more could one ask. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Quite stressful. I got a reference from my insurance company (big mistake!). I wanted to look into my options, but rather than get information by phone I was told, "We'll take care of everything." As an educated woman, I did not appreciate being put down. A manager called and apologized, answered my questions. Then I had inadequate work as above. I was spoken down to again when told that problems with the rubber seal were not a problem because it was cosmetic. In my mind, I don't care what is functional and what is cosmetic. I just want the work done right.

SERVICE WAS AVAILABLE ON AN EMERGENCY BASIS. THEY'RE OPEN SATURDAYS. COMPLETE MOBILE SERVICE WAS DONE WITHIN ONE HOUR AT OUR RESIDENCE WHILE WE WERE OUT OF TOWN.
