This was the worst detailing job possible. All they really did was take everything in the car, including everything in the glove box and front center console, and bag it up. They even took apart a car seat protector, which protects the back of the seat from our child's shoes, and stuffed it in bags. I didn't want any of these items taken out and bagged up, especially not the seat protector, which had to be reinstalled. They also broke off a piece of trim plastic from somewhere and left it on the floor. I can't find where it came from.
They didn't actually do any actual cleaning beyond a trivial vacuuming. There were streaks of dirt on the doors from people shoes, they didn't touch the areas between or under the seats, they didn't wipe off the seats, and they didn't touch the rear center console. It was still extremely dirty from having a kid sitting next to it.
Honestly, it would have been less work to do the same quick vacuum job they did than it was to put everything back that they took apart. They are totally worthless. Unfortunately, I had someone else drop off and pick up the car so by the time I found how bad it was, it wasn't worth trying to get them to fix it.

It went very well overall. I was impressed with the professionalism and care taken to ensure the proper installation for the original factory parts that were installed. The sole criticism that I have is they did not notify me when my car was ready making the wait time longer.

I had called Car Toys for an estimate to replace our car radio. I was given a ball park price and told to come in anytime. later that same day I came in, the quote they gave me was exactly what I paid. The radio, parts and install of the radio.

Went in to put back the original radio of my 2006 SUV before I sold it. I went in and ask for a quick turnaround and they did a very professional and fast job. They completed an excellent job within 15 minutes of my request! The price is not the cheapest, but if you need fast turnaround of installation job for your auto, this is the place to go.
