The owner of the company is a carpenter and a General contractor. Quality of his carpentry work and that of most of his subcontractors is great. Most of them were very attentive to our requests, and did not mind minor changes of the plan. If anything, they were too talkative. However, the roofer used had a lousy scheduling and timeliness issues. It seemed they used the prolonging of the re-roofing as a tactic to force us to give them more work. In the end, the work done looks great. And we have a year-long workmanship warranty.
