She does a good enough job on the house, but I found her too rigid to work with (refuses to work if I'm home, or charges more for the privilege) and also the price kept sliding upwards over a short period of time.

"First of all let me say I only cleaned for this lady 2 times.The reason the price went up was due to the fact that after the first cleaning she moved in another roommate and dog. She was not honest in telling me all that she wanted to have done, several things where added to the job after the estimate was given.Had she have been honest in the job she wanted in the beginning the price would have been $10.00 more to begin with.I charge more when people are home as obviously it takes longer if you have to work around people.She told me that 2 of the bedrooms didn't need to be touched,then she added them on the next visit along with recycling and laundry.She should have been honest in what she wanted then it would not have been a problem,the bid would not have changed.She also said she would not be home when I was there.If she had been forthright in what she wanted,there would not have been a problem with the estimate, she had called and wanted me an extra visit between our biweekly due to the fact that she got a new roommate and her house was a mess!Sorry...I guess you just cant please everyone. We set up bi-weekly cleaning. She comes during the day when we're out. It's always a pleasure to come home after her visits.

Of the 3 quotes we received, she was the most personable individual we talked to. She also provided us with the best quote which then resulted in having her come bi-weekly instead of once a month as was initially planned. So yes, we do end up spending more on a monthly basis but it's been well worth it. She comes when we're at work and I love coming home those evenings. Not only is the house completely clean, she also picks up stuff and arranges it in a great way that makes the house feel cared for. The beds are made much nicer then I ever could, the kids rooms are cleaned up and have a few toys in various places that make them feel cozy and fun to play in. If we happen to be home the morning she plans on coming she's happy to change her arrival to suit our needs. She replies to my calls or e-mails quickly. It's been great!

With time being issue, Jann even rearranged her schedule. She was there & on time like she said she would be. She is very personable & a good listener. A pleasure to have around & does an excellent job!
