My complaint about Brainwave is the advice which resulted in us buying this machine at all. The money spent would go a lot further toward a used PC laptop or even a new PC laptop which would be a lot less finicky about drivers and would run newer software.
If you want bad advice, threats to call the police when you complain, and emotional blackmail about your online review then by all means, Brainwave should be your first stop.
