+ 0 moreThe repair process was a complete joy. I dropped my car off in the late afternoon so they could start on it the next morning. Unbeknownst to me is that they had already ordered the all the parts earlier in the day. The next morning at 8:00 am they called and said they were done! Who does that anymore? Nice family owned business being passed down to the next generation, mom and dad were on site helping their son Mike. I felt great about supporting this proud veteran who served as a mechanic on an aircraft carrier, I knew I was in good hands!
Description of Work: The Honda dealership informed me that my radiator needed to be replaced soon and gave me an estimated cost of of approximately $800. I decided to get a second cost estimate at Beaverton Radiator and they quoted me $480.

Description of Work: They failed to diagnose the correct problem with my air conditioning and charged me for services that did not fix the problem. Had to take my car to another shop where they quickly figured out the problem.

Description of Work: Terrific attitude, super job! I had taken my motorhome into McCoy Freightliner to replace a leaking AC hose (30' long) and service my AC. A week late and $800 later the AC was in worse shape than when I brought it in! Replaced numerous parts without consulting me and ignored the original problem altogether. |I refused to go back to them once I returned from vacation and instead took my motorhome into Beaverton Radiator and AC. |They listened to what the problem was, completed that work first which was a major task having to work underneath the MH to get at the problem. They fabricated new fittings and did a great job within the budgeted amount. The issues started coming up when they went to complete servicing the AC, all the parts that Freightliner had installed were installed incorrectly, damaged and had to be replaced. |Ron at Beaverton Radiator kept me informed and conferred with me every step of the process. |After delays getting replacement parts from Freightliner Beaverton Radiator completed the installation, even ahead of their estimated completion date. My only regret is I did not go here first and save myself $800 at Freightliner. |Work was immaculate, they paid attention to detail and was very careful in their having to go in and out of the MH to complete all the work. |Thanks Beaverton Radiator I WILL DEFINITELY use you for any further AC or Radiator work.
