Had a bad experience with a pre-paid order from my daughter, who lives in Europe. I agreed to pick up the order and deliver it. The order included a card caption. I called them immediately after eventually discovering there was no card, and they said they usually don't do cards when someone picks up an order. REALLY? (seems strange since order specified text for a card). They offered to have me return to their store for a card, in other words, make two trips, but it was too late. I'm not sure why they think their incompetence should make inconvenience for me, but I guess that is what they do. It's obvious these people either don't check their work, don't care, or are just cutting corners. Heaven knows their flowers are NOT cheap. Description of Work: Beaverton Florists provided a |beautiful bouquet for a friend in Washington County. Not only was the bouquet delivered on time, I was also notified via email when my friend was not available to accept the delivery. I received a text later in the day from my friend with a photo of the bouquet - it was lovely. Excellent communication and service.

We were 100% satisfied.
Description of Work: We needed a special corsage made with a rare flower. We were very stressed about it as no guarantees could be made. When we picked it up not only was it exactly what we dreamed of but it was in perfect condition! We were told that the owner actually gave us one of her own flowers out of her personal garden to meet our special needs. She made our son's day! What a wonderful testimony to above and beyond customer service and commitment to quality!

Took them 20 minutes from walking in to walking out. VERY professional and very pleasant. Arrangement was very well done and cute. I would use them again for any flower needs. Great store.

Description of Work: When I lived in Seattle I ordered flowers to be delivered to family in Portland and always got great reports of beautiful arrangements. If you go to the shop you can peronally select the colors or types of lfowers you want used in an arrangment and they will custom-make your arrangement.

I called and got flowers for my grandmother. I had a budget, and I was able to get something that was really nice within my budget! And best of all, my grandma was very please with the flowers she got! She is 86 years old, so won't be able to send her flowers for very much longer.
