Portland is saturated with mattress stores. There's one on every corner, so I went to BedMart, the nearest mattress store to start my research a month ago. I talked with Patrick who showed me numerous models, gave me brochures and basically brought me up to speed on what to look for. No pressure to purchase anything. I continued to look online and do further research. I went back to BedMart last week with the intention of asking if they would match the price of an advertised competitor for the bed I wanted to buy. I liked the service Patrick gave me and I wanted to buy a bed from BedMart. Patrick was out, so I got to work with Steve. He was equally as welcoming as Patrick and definitely was willing to honor the coupon. In fact he went ahead and gave me a deal on the second mattress as well as the bed frame and accessories. Further the mattresses were delivered to my place the next day. The frame arrived in poor condition and the service reps said they would get another out to me immediately. Thirty minutes later another truck rolled up with the bed frame. Everything was set up and we were good to go. From start to finish I had an excellent experience. Not every store carries such a wide range of products from top of the line mattresses to more modestly priced mattresses. Do your homework and then come to this location to be royally treated.
