Didn't come when promised on Thursday. Then received a call saying they would be delayed but then didn't come when they said again. When they did come on Friday they did an excellent job.

Experience was very positive. The crew was careful in dropping limbs, and cleanup was exceptional.One guy blew all the needles and other debris off the roof and out of the gutters, saving me a backbreaking chore.

They were very professional. They arrived a little late and with it getting dark earlier Ted the foreman on the job told me that they would come back and get the areas he could not get to with a lift. The next day they were able to come by with the lift and finished the job. Ted explained what he was doing very well and shows true professionalism and pride in his work. I have used a few other tree services and with good success but Beaver Tree is now my top choice. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely would use them in the future. Their time frame was amazing, how fast they got out and performed the service. The time they spent explaining what they were going to do to my trees was awesome.

Excellent job. They made sure they trimmed the areas I wanted as they went along. Clean-up was good. Communicated well.

My landscaper recommended this company. I wanted to be assured that the two trees in my front yard were healthy. . He (Joel) came the next morning and assured me the trees were not going to fall down, and in fact the trees were in great shape, and explained about the root system. He spent some time explaining about these trees. He mentioned that the trees should be pruned every few years, but there was no hurry to do anything with these two trees. No pressure to have any work done. Nice! A couple of months later we decided to have the trees pruned. I sent Joel and email in the morning, and he called me that afternoon. We met the next morning at 8:30 (on time) to get an estimate. While he was here I mentioned some Arborvitae that needed trimming. The quote on the pruning was reasonable, and the quote on trimming the Arborvitae was very reasonable. After getting the estimate he let me know they could do the work the same day. At 10:30 two men showed up to do the work. They were here over 6 hours. Trees were pruned, Arborvitae trimmed, all branches chipped (there were a ton), leaves cleaned up. They were very professional, the trees look great!

I would not recommend them. The salesman promised that underground roots and stumps would be removed for a certain amount of money. The stump was ground up and then he left. After I started planting in that area I found a very substantial amount of the root mass still in the yard. It took me several days to manually remove what I could remove. There was a ridiculous amount that was left behind. I called the manager and said I wanted them to come fix the issue and he agreed to do so. He said he would come by and look at the problem about 5 days later but never showed. At that point I decided to not call them back.
