BANZER PAINTING LLC

It's been a few years since I used Banzer (about 2005), but when I did it was a 2 man team. These guys were friendly, very honest, and they did a very good job. Over the years it has held up pretty well. I had a problem spot on the south side that was prone to fail (my house was built in 1966) which we discussed prior to the work being done, and after 6 months they came back to do some touch up for no charge. That's really good customer service. My experience with Banzer was that they were very trustworthy and competent, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to a friend or family member.

Banzer Painting did a great job. They were easy to speak to and easy to work with.

We got two quotes for the paint job. Dave's price was competitive, and we immediately liked his demeanor a lot. It was a simple job: pressure-wash the exterior, apply two coats of paint (body & trim), and seal the fence. The complicating factors were the weather and indecision about paint colors - neither of which was controllable by Dave. Once the weather cooperated, Dave finished the job in a couple of days. The quality of the painting was excellent. We called Dave back after a week to address two issues that turned out to not be related to his work, yet he still resolved them. Very impressive.

We are getting a house ready for sale and the house was in desperate need of paint inside and out. The people that lived there were heavy smokers and the house had heavy smoke deposits all over the ceilings, walls and cabinets. Dave of Banzer Painting looked over the situation and recommended three coats of oil based primer to cover the stains. He helped select the colors for inside and outside the house. Dave and Mark came and pressure washed the outside. They moved the furniture to the middle of the rooms and covered them with plastic to protect them. They removed the wall paper in the bathrooms. They removed all of the door knobs and electrical covers and put them in plastic bags for each room. They removed the light fixtures (we needed to replace most of them with something more modern). All of the painting went well. Once the painting was completed, we had linoleum and carpeting replaced. When the installers removed the old carpet they caused some chips in the paint of the molding. Dave and Mark came back and touched up the molding and also the areas behind the new toilets. I would definitely recommend them for any painting projects.

Very professional in approach. Excellent quality and they completed in a relatively short time even though they had other committments going at the same time.

The house looks really good especially since the last time we had it painted we made a major mistake with the color. They helped us choose a color which we have found can be really tricky. I was surprised at how quickly they got it done too once the weather cooperated.
