Electrical Service
A former company had wreaked havoc on our elevator, so AVS came in and did a whole bunch of work to run up the bill and didn't fix the problem. They turned something basic off in the elevator room, which we needed them to turn back on so our elders could get up the stairs, but they didn't do it.
