Work location included multiple windows and fireplace mantel.  We removed artwork but Steve did all the furniture moving, both to start
and when completed.  All wall switch plates, cable TV junction and motion alarm device were removed and reinstalled.  Care was taken to ensure carpet and woodwork remained clean.  At end of job, all materialswere cleaned up and remaining unused new wallpaper was given to us for emergency repairs if needed.  In the unlikely event that there would be any problems, Steve said to be sure to call him and he would respond.  Steve was quiet, complete and courteous and the job was very well done.  We recommend him highly.

The job was pretty expensive but they were excellent.

Steve came out and did a pre-measure and quote. Helped us order the wall paper, which we had already picked out. Did the removal in only a few hours. Came back the next day and did the hanging of the new paper. It looks wonderful. He did a excellent job.

The price he charged me was very fair. He was excellent in every aspect. It was artist and quality work. He came on time and was professional and efficient. He was also courteous and fair and is highly recommended.

Steve was great. He quoted a very fair price, showed up to do the job on time day after day, and was friendly. The job ended up being much more difficult than anticiapted and took longer than estimated. But Steve kept to his original estimate. He did a quality job and the walls he textured matched well with existing walls in the house. Steve even worked on Thanksgiving morning. We were very impressed.

Steve was great. We were in sort of a rush to get the job done and when I called him he drove out immediately to give an estimate. He never knows how long a job will take until he gets started, but the $560 he quoted seemed reasonable since a lot of the wallpaper was quite difficult to remove. He began the following week and spent three full days spraying an enzyme solution (non toxic and scentless was a plus) on the walls, scraping them, and scrubbing them. If and when we decide to remove the wallpaper from the rest of the house we will definitely use him. He was a hard worker, very communicative, and bid the job right on without tacking on anything extra at the end. Our only complaint was that he didn't clean up his mess at the end of each day. It wouldn't have been a big deal, but he left some moist drop cloths on our wood floors and I had to move them because I was worried that they would cause damage to the wood if they sat there for too long. That said, when he completed the job he cleaned the place immaculately. Great work!

Steve did an exceptional job: worked meticulously, professionally, and efficiently. I was very impressed and plan to use Steve for most inside painting projects in coming weeks. A good man!

Steve came the day after I called to give me a bid on removing grass cloth wallpaper from a vaulted stairwell wall. I thought his $500 bid to remove the wallpaper, spray texture, prime and paint the wall was very reasonable. He even offered to repaint an adjacent wall that had some unpainted spots at no extra charge. Steve started last Monday and finished up Friday. It looks fabulous. He did a very professional job. I will definitely use him again.

Steve came out to look at the bathroom that I wanted wallpaper to be removed from and new wallpaper installed. He told me that we could probably avoid removing the original wallpaper (it had been painted over at some point) and he thought he could install over it. I waited a couple weeks before I received an estimate from Steve. I decided to hire him, but had a very difficult time contacting him by phone or at his email address. Eventually I heard from him and we scheduled a time for him to perform the job. Our bathroom's pretty small and the job took about 7 days, which was longer than I thought it would take. When it was complete it looked good, but there was a lot of dried glue that could be seen on the walls. Maybe this is because the wallpaper is dark. I had to spend some time cleaning the wallpaper and our glue covered bathroom. Other than the process being pretty messy, the wallpaper looks nice.

He did a really good job. His price was very, very reasonable. He was also friendly and professional.

From the moment we called Steve, he was courteous and respectful. He was on time for our initial appointment. While all the other candidates looked at the job as too cumbersome with wallpaper removal prior to painting, Steve examined the application (1 layer of wallpaper and 1 layer of paint on plaster walls) and had no concerns with the overall job. He emailed the estimate the next day. The first day of work he went out of his way to come by and pick up a key prior to his start time, knowing that we had a very early morning schedule. I was amazed how fast they removed the wallpaper after just one day. The job took the two week time frame he originally estimated. He was accommodating and courteous when we inadvertently set up construction road block, even offering to help it along at an affordable price. He did a great job all around and we will definitely hire him again.

They did a great job. They did what they said they were going to do and finished it SOONER than quoted! We will use them again and refer them. Nice to have a contractor do what they say they are going to do.

Steve returned my initial call within 24 hours and set up a convenient time to take a look at the job. He promptly emailed me a very reasonable bid that also included a bid for painting (which was also very reasonable, but I elected to paint myself). It took 2 men less than 6 hours to remove all of the wallpaper. I had removed part of the wallpaper myself. I found it difficult and time consuming so I was amazed they were able to remove it so quickly, efficiently and at such a reasonable price. They were friendly, efficient, professional and very tidy about their work. They left my house perfectly spotless when finished. I would recommend Steve without reservation and intend to hire him again.

Steve did all the work and was very prompt and courteous. Very professional job. I would highly recommend him and his company.

Steve was a very efficient painter. We have radial corners with two different paint colors. The seam between the two different colors was perfect when finished. The work was completed within a very reasonalbe time frame with Steve even working over a weekend to get it done. I would highly recommend him and his company, Aslan Wall Coverings.

Steve does a great job at a very reasonable price. He was quick to make an appointment to prepare an estimate and he was wonderfully helpful. He is trustworthy, good with people and animals, and does a spectacular job. We are hiring him to do the outside of our house too. Working with him has been such a great experience!

Steve Redig did an excellent job wallpapering my kitchen. The wallpaper I chose had an intricate design (toile de Jouy) and instead of half a day, Steve stayed almost 2 days wallpapering, even coming back back on a Saturday morning at our convenience. He centered the design on top of my stove and left my kitchen looking clean and beautiful. I highly recommend his company. I thought that he charged me a very reasonable amount considering the difficulty of cutting around the cabinets and aligning the design.

Steve gave me a quote of $130, and this was significantly less than every other quote had been! He did such a great job taking it down that I hired him to paint the room, plus the living room. He did lots of extras (filling in some wall holes that were under the paper), and was very flexible (I decided that I needed two coats in the living room, rather than the one that he had proposed). The condo was empty, so he did the work over 3 days, coming and going as he needed. He was quite prompt in the mornings, and I let him lock up when he was done. He also passed on his 10% discount with Miller paint to me. All in all, it was a very good experience! Aside from the good job, he did painting and removing the wallpaper, he is an interesting, kind, and gentle soul. I took many cards to pass on to friend.

Steve was on time and did exactly what we needed, with care to match the sections of the mural. There was a problem with the edges adhering to the wall, but he returned and took care of the problem. He was very conscientious about completing the job to our satisfaction.
