• They did a great job! Very thorough. We did request a higher grade of paint, however. Only complaint was that the painter did not show up at times when he said he would. Even though they are doing a few jobs at a time, a phone call is always good. When he did show, was very thorough and detailed, cleaning up as he went.

Overall, very happy with the results.

We acquired this foreclosed home in extreme disrepair. Long spiderwebs of black mold had overtaken the living space due to a gaping hole in the ceiling. The previous occupant had hoarded belongings and left them to rot. A multi-person crew took several days to clear the house out because it was full in every corner of the home. The contractor was careful to recycle or repurpose all that he could from the property. Because of the extensive mold damage and neglect, the home had to be stripped down to the studs.

At least 30% of the framing had to be replaced as well. He indicated the home was literally rotting from the inside out. He suggested a clever remodel to the bathroom and bedrooms downstairs that makes the home function much better. Everything was replaced: siding, windows, roofing, patio and sidewalk, kitchen cabinets, appliances, plumbing and light fixtures, and all major systems.

We are a non-profit organization and now this home will be a part of our low-income housing inventory. Roy worked with his subs to find the best deals on product and was creative in his approach to work within our extremely tight budget. The finished product is beautiful. Hardwood floors, stainless appliances, wood cabinets, and really beautiful finishes throughout.
