Architectural Service
Argo Architecture verbally agreed to and did not deliver on two specific items related to service #1. 1) They agreed to perform services for me on an accelerated schedule (give or take one to two weeks) and they have yet to provide the services requested even after five weeks. 2) They verbally quoted me approximately two or three hundred dollars for the simple plans I needed. They then changed their mind after I paid them and decided that money was only for preparing the quote for those services. This was after being specifically told (and they agreed) that they were not to perform any chargeable services until the $ amount was approved by me. This effectively amounted to a bait and switch tactic once I had already paid them. After multiple attempts I contacted Argo Architecture on 26 Sept 2006 to ask about the status of the plans and Jim Crawford stated that he still did not have anything prepared in relation to service #1 and couldn't even give me any time estimate.
