Anna Woodland

She was so extremely patient and accommodating even though we changed our criteria quite a few times throughout the house search process.  She must have shown us at least 40 houses and was just as polite and helpful on the 40th as she was the first.  We had tons and tons of questions which she always answered quickly and clearly.  She was very flexible to quickly show us houses we found on our own too despite our last minute requests.







Once we found The House she never complained or seemed annoyed that we wanted to keep going  back to walk through it again and again.  When it needed repairs and the sellers didn't want to help the contractors have access to the house, she made herself available so it would be easier on all of us.  We were looking at fixer-uppers which she has a lot of experience with.  She was able to give us real examples and suggestions for how to make changes to the houses that we wanted.







One of the best things about Anna is that she is so easy to get in touch with.  We worked out most of our questions and viewings through texts which I loved and she was always really quick to respond. I highly recommend her!  I don't have a single complaint!
