Jeremy arrived at the scheduled time and performed the service. He discussed possible issues with the unit and completely explained the options.

Something wasn't working. It was a couple of things. We were in the middle of a wedding. It was like December 26th, and the wedding was on the 27th. We called an nobody could come of course. These guys came right out.
