the alarm was not reading a sensor, when one of the inside sensors detected movement,the alarm sounded.
an American Veterans employee contacted us within moments of the alarm going off. We called for a service call to have the problem checked out. They showed up when they said they would. John was able to isolate the issue and made adjustments to our system. which is working great!

If I have an issue they come over and check on it. I don't have any problems with them. I am interested in adding more services and will get a bid from them for those additions. I thought their price was a little high.

They installed a good system in about 2004. More important to us, they have been very responsive over the years since then, whenever we had a problem or a question. They have someone on call 24x7 and the people on call are local, professional members of the firm. Not the cheapest but well worth it.

John Kelly talked to me several times over the phone, to explain to me (1)how to reset the security system, and (2)he even walked me through a couple of ways to try fixing the problem myself. He did not charge for his phone help. I tried his suggestions, but the fire alarm still malfunctioned. So he came out -- tried to fix it himself but the fire sensor unit was bad. So he replaced it. Very prompt in returning my calls, very personable, and very knowledgeable -- all are VERY unusual characteristics for security system people these days (in my experience). He was very fair in his fees for both labor and for the new fire sensor.
