Best read this before hiring these people! -Ordered awning early May 2023 - told 6 weeks for delivery- -Company cashes check (1/2 of price) immediately -call 8 weeks later- OOPS! forgot to place your order -Order arrives in September but can't be installed, need to order longer cord -Cord length fine, apparently unable to accurately use tape measure -Associated parts still missing. Finally arrive October -Sent invoice for remainder of bill - Paid - recieved Paid in full notice -Sent another invoice in April 2024- We made a error- you owe more! All told, almost a year to finish with these people. Easily the worst, most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. You were warned!
