They originally scheduled the work to be done about 2 weeks out from the day that they made the initial assessment of the job. But I called and asked them if they could move up the date to do the work because there were heavy rains in the weather forecast and I was worried because the leak had gotten worse. They got back to me the next day and arranged for the work to be done that week. The leak seems to have been repaired. I haven't seen any more water damage to the area where the leak had been since and there have been some heavy rains. So, I am very happy with All Surface for the work they did for me.

Overall very good work done on the moss covered roof. Very professional work done by their crew and clean up was great. The front end communication could have been a whole lot better because they failed to keep me informed when the crew was coming. I had to call to confirm the date set for service and they never contacted me in regards to if it would be morning or afternoon. Overall, except for communication, everything was grand.

The guys that came and did the work were very nice and cleaned up after the job was done. I would have liked a better match for the color of the shingles. There could have been better communication between estimator and the office. The reason I marked that I would not recommend is because I am not in the habit to recommend anyone.

Amazing customer service!! A business that exemplifies honesty and integrity; not to mention that you feel like a friend when working with them. All Surface bent over backwards to make certain our deck project was exactly what we wanted, even as I called them endlessly trying to decide on stain color/finish. Amy at All Surface was constantly delightful to work with - and made it her personal responsibility to make sure we were happy. I highly recommend this business for all your roofing and decking maintenance/projects!

All Surface cleaned and restained 2 large decks for an excellent price. The crew worked hard and was very efficient. They also cleaned our metal (steel) roof - not the usual home roof, but our roof is not steep enough to shingle. The whole project was well priced and accomplished in only 2 days. The estimator warned us that the color might not be even with a restaining. But they did such a good job of removing the old stain that the decks look new again - and the color is very even. I will use them in the future for sure.
