This shop was highly recommended by a friend who also had another friend recommend the shop to him. To date All Automotive Repair has worked on three of our cars the past year. With the exception of the price of oil changes I have always been pleased. I always receive quality workmanship, straightforward honesty at an affordable price. Soren, the owner, runs the entire show. His son has worked for him the past year...told me he has actually been around the shop since a young child. There is no receptionist as this shop is small and most times I have to wait a few minutes until I can be assisted. But I always feel I can sacrifice that bit of annoyance due to the way Soren "watches out for my best interest". I wanted to get started asap and requested that I pick someone up from the shop, bring them a 5 minute drive to my home and have them take the car in for repair. They were amenable to that idea, they were able to start right away and I could continue with my day as planned. I called and thanked my friend the first and second time I went to this mechanic with my daughter's older Toyota Celica. Now, once again, I am grateful for his reference...thanks Dave R. :-)!

The worker did not have prior experience on fixing the problem. Only replace the motor but didn't check the whole AC. After I perform the test drive, I have notice the AC is not working on the back AC. Drive the car back to shop request fix. He claimed he will just charge the parts but not labor. Again, since they don't have prior experience, he did not estimate the time correctly. I ended up paying both parts and labor. However, the watch my daughter left on the car is still there when I picked up the car. Nothing valuable placed in the car was missing.

We have an older car (95 Camry) with a lot of miles on it but it runs well. Unfortunately, it did not pass DEQ, so we took it to All Automotive, where we had some work done before. We spent almost $200. It did not pass again because of too much Nitrous Oxide and one of the suggestions from DEQ was to replace the catalytic converter. After paying almost $1000, we expected it would pass and it did not. It made me question if we really needed to spend that much money. I took it back and told them I expect them to fix the problem at no cost to us. They did nothing for over a week then added some additive to the gas. Again, DID NOT PASS!! We took it elsewhere and had it fixed for a very reasonable price by a very professional mechanic and it passed the first time through! We won't be going back to All Automotive.

They did a reasonable job, but they didn't do it on the schedule that they promised. It was challenging with an infant in tow. I don't think they are a bad shop, but they didn't have some of the follow through and details that I have experienced elsewhere. It is important to me that a shop get things done when they say they will.

AS USUAL, SORIN WAS EXTREMELY PERSONABLE AND RELIABLE WHEN IT CAME TO MAINTENANCE OF OUR DAUGHTER'S CAR. WE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN TREATED AND CHARGED FAIRLY BY ALL AUTOMOTIVE.
