We were impressed with Hannah's knowledge, patience, and professionalism throughout our bathroom design and remodeling.  We researched many designers in the area and decided on Hannah due to her National Bath and Kitchen credentials and her portfolio.  After meeting her, we knew we found the right designer.  Throughout the process, she listened to our preferences and offered invaluable suggestions.  She works with many local vendors and saved us so much time by narrowing down the endless options out there.    We had issues come up with our contractor and she was very helpful with offering insights and suggestions.  We look forward to working with Hannah in the future.  Hannah was absolutely wonderful to work with and we recommend her 100% without any reservations.

Given the overwhelming number of choices out there for flooring, we were so thankful that Hannah was there to help us narrow down the choices. She listened very closely to what sort of look/design we were hoping to achieve and also took into account our limited budget. Her knowledge helped us save thousands of dollars on flooring, making us so glad that we chose to go with a designer. Also, she was very easy to work with. She showed up on time to all appointments and responded to our e-mails quickly. Overall, Hannah is very knowledgeable, organized, and a great listener.

I was looking for a designer who is NKBA (National Kitchen and Bath Association) certified and willing to take on a small job. I already had a kitchen plan and had selected the cabinets, but I wanted someone to review the plan for any pitfalls. I also needed help selecting granite for the countertops, selecting tile for the backsplash, and designing a backsplash. I found Adapt Design through the NKBA website. Reading Adapt Design's website, I realized I had found exactly what I was looking for. Hannah came to our home to review the kitchen plan. She had some good ideas to consider regarding lighting, electrical outlets and switches, and drawer hardware. A couple of days later, we met at a tile and stone supplier. While there, she helped me select granite and assured me that the one I fell in love with would work with the cabinets we had selected. She showed me several backsplash design options that she had prepared ahead of time and one of them resonated with me. We found tile that would work with the plan and coordinate with my granite and cabinet selections. We also found tile that will go well on our laundry room floor when we remodel it in the future. The next day, she sent me some tile setter recommendations. Hannah was prompt in her communications and very professional throughout; it was a pleasure working with her. She did not try to push ideas on me, but gave helpful suggestions to work with the things I liked. We are still in our remodeling process, but I am excited to see the end result and am now confident that all of our pieces will work well together. When we move on to remodeling other parts of our home, I will definitely contact Adapt Design.
