Auto Detailing Service
Took the car over to the shop at 8:00 AM. The car was still out in front of the shop at 10:30. Waited all day for them to call that the car was done. He called at 5:40 a half hour after the shop was closed to come pick up the car. The carpet in the car was soaking wet along with the seats and trunk. The next day I could see that the exterior of the car was not detailed very well. The paint I wanted removed from the bumper and wheel cover had not been done, the other covers were dirty also, along with most of the outside trim. The interior glass was not clean, and now that the interior was so wet I'm getting a moldy smell in the car. I had to take the car back and have them work on it a second time, when I asked the guy at the desk why there was so much water in the interior he couldn't give me an answer. I feel I got screwed to the tune of $149.95, plus the time it took to do the work the second time.
