We just bought a new home. Service tech told me at the time of installing the dish he had it mounted on a tripod with three large rocks tied to the bottom. He then scheduled a time on December 26th between 8-12 for a service tech to come and put post in the ground for the Dish. They didn't show I had to call Dish several times to get a tech out to put post in the ground. On December 31st Century Link was scheduled to come and hooked up the WiFi. They did arrive and after they looked at the cable they told me wire was bad from box to pole. The tech called his supervisor and was told he didn't have time to fix it. I asked him when he would be back he said he didn't know and then he left. So I made numerous phone calls to Dish. I spoke to several different people about this. I spoke to supervisors. I used a lot of minutes on my phone to only hear "we apologize". I finally to stop apologizing I just need some answers. They told me to call Century Link myself. Even though I felt like it should be their job to call I decided to call. Again numerous phone calls to Century Link, using mire minutes because I would he on hold. The last time I called Century Link I was on hold for 45 minutes. I never did talk to Century Link. I had to ship modem back to Dish. The sent a prepaid label. I was never charged for WiFi. We wanted WiFi I got a new laptop for Christmas. I had set up automatic payment for my bill. As of today I received an e-mail saying they no longer will do automatic payment because I AM NOT BUNDLEING! So now I will get a bill in the mail and it was said the bill would be overlapping with the cost because of this. So now at this point I gave up.
Description of Work: Service was hooked up for satellite dish. It did work I bought extra products. I had received a modem from Dish and I gave it to service tech and he told me he doesn't do that.
