503 Exterior Maintenance LLC

Initial job performed as described but this company offered a 5 year written warranty. After 2 years moss returned so I called them.. They offered to fix the problem for the same price as when service was originally performed. I reminded them I had received a 5 year written warranty and they said they would come out & take a look. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP FOR THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT AND HAVE REFUSED TO RETURN MY CALLS.  Obviously they have no intention of honoring their warranty & I would encourage anyone considering hiring this company to think twice because their warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. 

We have had a serious issue with pine needles in our gutters, which have been very difficult to clean. We had 503 exteriors come out to estimate cleaning and adding gutter screens that might work for pine needles. They gave us a good bid, and gave us a discount to try to drum up some work in our neighborhood (mostly newer homes). They were actually able to come and do the work the same day we accepted the estimate, and were done before I could even get home to pay them. It was incredibly fast work and they did a great job. They even provided before and after photos from a digital camera of both the cleaning and the screens. We had some initial difficulty contacting them, but they were very responsive after we did get through, never had to call more than once to get a prompt response.
