Fantastic! Came out a few hours after I called. Very cheerful, competent, fast working, and got our refridgerator fixed in one visit! I was so pleased with the service we received.

Wally was professional, efficient and thorough. He explained the options and what I could expect and completed the repair in a timely fashion. He showed me the old parts after he vacuumed and swept the area. He wrote on the receipt specifically what he had done and was very pleasant

Wally took this information and the model numbers .. Within a day he set up an appointment and came with the parts. Poor stove had more wrong with it than I suspected. He changed the panel and repaired wiring.

The refrigerator has a brand new plastic piece to deliver water and the family is happy.

I would call Wally again in a heartbeat.

The top oven in our double oven unit was not heating properly.  Symptoms
and online info pointed to the relay board.  I called Superior
Appliance based on Angie's List reviews and that they are close to my rural
location.  Over the phone, Wally understood the problem and  came
as scheduled and was very professional.  He assisted in getting the oven
out of the cabinet.  (Not easy as it had been installed poorly years
ago)  He correctly confirmed the bad relay board diagnosis and HAD
ACTUALLY ORDERED ONE IN ADVANCE AND HAD IT WITH HIM!  No need for a
second trip.  He switched out the board and checked for proper operation
and all is well!  Service was fast, pricing was very reasonable and
Wally was a pleasure to work with.  Highly recommended!

Wally diagnosed and confirmed my suspicion that the refrigerant gas was low. He explained the shortfalls of just refilling the refrigerant but said it could buy us some time. He was patient and took time to explain the problem as well as possible solutions. He didn't try to sell any short term fixes and wasn't pushy with advice. Later he responded to multiple calls and was helpful giving advice to help us buy a replacement refrigerator. It felt like he cared about our predicament and that's a big deal to us! Would call him again.

Took off door and reset so that it was even with freezer.  Now shuts much better.  This is a 16 year old refridgerator, so is on it's last legs - we have worn it out.  Wally was punctual, professional and I am happy with his work.  Would call on him again.

The first time he came out he fixed it and the fix lasted about three months. Something else went wrong and I called on him again. That was about six months ago and it's been doing fine since then. He was very pleasant and I believed what he was telling me was true.

OUR DRYER SCREEN BROKE LATE ON A FRIDAY NIGHT. I CALLED OLSONS AT FIVE TO FIVE ASKING IF THEY HAD A REPLACEMENT. THE GENTLEMAN WAS EXTREMELY NICE AND EVEN STAYED OPEN LATE SO I COULD GET DOWN THERE AND PURCHASE A NEW ONE. HE EARNED A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!

WE ASKED SUPERIOR APPLIANCE TO FINISH OUR INSTALLATION BECAUSE WE DIDN'T WANT TO GET IT WRONG AND END UP WITH WATER DAMAGE IN OUR HOUSE. THEY WERE PROMPT AND FINISHED THE JOB VERY EFFICIENTLY. WE HAVEN'T HAD ANY TROUBLE, AND THE MODEL HAS WORKED OUT GREAT FOR US.
