This went very well.  Prior to the scheduled install date they called to see if I was interested in getting it done a week early.  I really appreciated this and took them up on their offer.  On the install date George arrived at exactly 8am (was advised of a 8-12 arrival!).  I was surprised that there wasn't a crew assigned to this but George did the whole job himself in just under six hours.  He was very profesional and answered all my questions before starting. The finished job was excellent. He showed me where the seams were but I still couldn't see them.  He offered me the remnants of the job which I accepted.  I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again (although it was Lowe's who chose this particular installer).

Cess, very knowledgeable , The installers arrived on time, kept us updated on the process, had to do custom trim work which matches perfectly. Very happy with the result.

NW Extreme Installers were one of the preferred options provided by the seller of the doors (Lowe's).
I have to say that Rich was much easier to deal with then Lowe's, made the process easy for me and explained what he was doing and what I needed to do to maintain my doors in good operating condition. He and an assistant arrived at the assigned time, removed the old doors, carefully installed and leveled the new doors, cleaned everything up, and prepped all the framing for final painting. I was pleased with care and speed of the process and would use him again for future projects.

They clearly had very good knowledge and skills, but left some parts damaged. A casement window and patio door weren't properly adjusted and they left at exactly 5pm on New Years Eve without checking their work. The boss stayed later, but didn't pick up all the problems. He did suggest we call the window manufacturer (Milgard) blaming their manufacturing for some of the defects, but Milgard came later and fixed many of the problems just by adjusting things properly.

Bottom line: windows are excellent and properly installed. As a subcontractor, Northwest did a good job but with unacceptable shortcuts in checking their work before leaving. Cutting them some slack for an install date of New Years Eve, I'd do business with them again, but watch them more carefully, especially toward the end of the day.
