BOB WOOD IS THE HOME INSPECTOR FOR THIS COMPANY, AND WAS ONE OF 3 HOME INSPECTION COMPANIES RECOMMENDED TO ME. AFTER CALLING THE OTHERS, I DECIDED TO HIRE BOB WOOD. NOT ONLY WAS HE THE FRIENDLIEST, BUT ALSO THE MOST REASONABLY PRICED. HIS WEBSITE OFFERED A $20 COUPON TOO.
