I am a real estate broker who attends all home inspections when representing the buyer. Often I am the proxy for the buyer as most are from out of the area. My first home inspection experience was almost 30 years ago and I have been on hundreds of these. I have had two inspections with Scott and have found him very thorough and up front with what he finds. He also doesn't buzz through the house in 90 minutes but takes his time. The reports are full of photos and easy to read. I highly recommend him as a service provider and well worth his fee.
