Jerry was very responsive - if he didn't answer the phone when I called, he returned my calls quickly. He worked evenings and weekends and got the job done quickly. The price was $400 over the original quote, but he did do our driveway dig-out and left us gravel for the driveway, which was not part of the original quote. He did most of the work himself, although he did bring his sons on occasion. At those times, the work seemed to go more slowly - I think the sons were more of a hindrance than a help. We did not pass the first inspection, and Jerry came out that night to make the necessary repairs. In addition, after the pour had been made, he came out one more time to make some last-minute cosmetic repairs at no cost to us. The only thing that was really a problem was his lack of punctuality. On weekday evenings, he was often an hour later than he said, and notably, on the last day he came to work, he originally stated he would show up at 10 AM (Sunday), called to say he'd be here by noon, called again to say 2:30, and eventually showed up at 4:30 - in effect tying me to my house all day. The work was great, though, and the price was even better. I would definitely hire Jerry again. He was pleasant and easy to work with.

Very good guy to work with. He does smaller jobs that the larger contractors won't do.
