Garbage Collection
They continued to bill us after our service was cancelled and then sent us to collections when we tried to dispute the fees. Rich at Swatco is mean and belligerent. He yells, has no patience and they NEVER GIVE ANY HELP to anyone. All of they Google review are 1 star. There is a reason. Do not do business with them, they will do everything they can to drive up your bill and then send you to collections.

Garbage Collection
Even though I only get my garbage picked up a quarter as often, I still pay something like half the weekly rate. They do always come on the first Monday, rain or shine, holiday or not. Occasionally, when I forget to put my can out on my designated day, they will pick it up the next week and not charge me extra. Their service has been satisfactory. It would be better if they would pick up all the recyclables.
