Precision Pump gets the highest possible marks for communication.  I can ask an awful lot of questions, but Tim was indefatigable answering them.  He not only provided us with pricing information for different equipment configurations but also provided the data tables necessary to understand how motor selection, lift, and system pressure would interact to determine flow rate.  On top of this, service was punctual and hassle-free.

He gave us all the information for free. I have continued to buy their filters. There was no dislikes. They were very much on time. They were very detailed in giving out information about what I was going to purchase. They did a lot of filter systems because we have extremely hard water. He set me up with the latest type of filters. I thought the price was reasonable. He was fast and informative. When he said he had to order, the minute it came in, he was here to install it.

Tim was a pleasure to work with. He suggested low cost options and quickly got our well up and running. He is a really nice guy, too.

Over all chad was great he gave clear info and care instructions.Was always on time .I have had no problems just had to change a filter .

I live on Skyline Blvd and our well pump went out 16 years ago in the middle of a snow and ice storm - could not get anyone anywhere to come up to help until I found Precision Pump..they brought up their rig up in 2 feet or snow and ice and got the job done..so 16 years later I left a message to them at 12:30am that we had problems - they called the first thing and was at the house within the hour - replaced the pump and had us up and running again by the evening...and our well pump is down over 700 feet!

The same two gentlemen worked on the problem - they were just 16 years older..

I have owned a business for 34 years and it is all about service ...Precision Pump is a great example of how to run a business and service clients.

We contacted Precision Pump in early October and scheduled them to come out and submit a bid on our project to relocate our well filtration system in our garage (approx. 10 feet). The reason we were having the plumbing relocated was so we could build an insulated "room" around the plumbing to avoid pipes freezing (we had recently purchased the home and had a 2,500 gallon holding tank installed). Chad came out Oct. 7 and looked at the job and said he would get back to us with a quote. We didn't hear from him, so after waiting a month, we called him and we were told that he was "waiting for our call." We got the quote and scheduled the work on Nov. 18 (we wanted to get the work done before the freezing weather so we could properly insulate the new piping). Chad proceeded to cancel on Nov. 18, then on the 23rd, and finally on the 29th of November. At that point, we were in the middle of evening lows in the teens and we were very concerned about the pipes freezing. After threatening to find someone else to do the work, he showed up on Nov. 30 and did the work. One area was not completed as we requested, so he did come back out on Dec. 2 and finish the job to our satisfaction. As new customers, we seemed to take a back seat to their current customers--stating that they had other customers with emergencies. Thankfully, we were able to heat the pipes in our uninsulated garage with portable heaters, so we were not an "emergency customer." But it should have never taken two months to have this simple job done. Calling to cancel around 10:30 a.m. the day they were suppose to be doing the work was unexcusable, and most of the time, we had to call them first. We will never hire them again.

I'm very pleased with this company, and I am a big complainer, so the fact that I like this outfit is saying something.

Precision Pump sent Jesse out the next day. He took a look at our system and then recommended some actions we could take to improve the water quality using our existing Culligan treatment system. He didn't charge us anything for his time. He suggested some work on our pressure tank, but wouldn't recommend that we have it done until one of Precision's well specialists took a look at it and agreed the work needed to be done. We will definitely be calling Precision for any of our well service and water treatment needs in the future.

Unlike the large chain store we tried to deal with, Precision Pump had persons who understood the problem, as well as having several tanks on hand to choose from. They arrived on schedule and did exceptional work, as well as answering all questions we had about the procedure.

Their work was very good, but the communication and timing was bad. At the initial call they couldn't schedule an appointment (scheduling book was ''in the other building''), but said they'd call back soon. 3 days later they called saying they were in our neighborhood and could swing by. Of course, we weren't home, but they could let themselves into the backyard to take a look. They reported that it was indeed the check valve, and that they could fix it (replace piping and valve) in a few days after ordering parts. We returned home to find the pipes pulled completely out of the ground. 3 weeks later, after a 100-degree heat wave that killed our grass since the well wasn't working, and after many calls on our part (they were always too busy with more critical projects, or 'our' guy wasn't in...) they happened to be in the neighborhood and came by and put things back together. Work was fine, but we were really not happy with the timing or the brown lawn!

I was pleased with the work. The price was slightly better than the competition. They arrived on time and completed the work. When I had a question about the pump's functioning after the installation, they sent someone out. They charged me for the service call. But I explained that I did not think the service call was warranted, it should be part of the guarantee, and they removed the charge.

They came out the day after I scheduled the work, and they had the results in only a day or two. They were fine to work with.

Made repair the same day. This is the second well service they have done for us and it is always high quality timely work. We were not on site (it is a rental) so they just mailed us the bill. Total bill was about $150.00 less than estimate.
