Larry's Express Lube

I was given an estimate of about $150 and told to leave my truck there overnight because they had to get the water pump ordered and could do the work the following day.
I waited all the next day until 3 pm, and finally called and asked if they would have my truck finished.  They said they had run into problems removing old rusty bolts and it would be ready at about 5 pm.  I got a ride to their location and my truck was finished just before 5 pm, and the bill was $351.00 due to the longer labor, they said.
Two weeks later as I was driving home to Bandon at night from Coos Bay, my emergency red light came on when I was half way home.  I was in the middle of the trip home, so drove the rest of the way home, and checked under the hood the next morning.
The radiator was completely empty.  I called Larry's and told them I had lost all the water in the radiator, and Larry said to bring my truck in about 3 pm.  I filled the radiator and drove over, and by the time I got there, the water was dripping out of the radiator.  Larry saw me drive up and commented that he saw the trail of water.
They took the truck in the back, and a few minutes later, Larry said there was a loose clamp that needed to be tightened, and they would have the truck out shortly.  They charged me about $27 for doing that.  I feel that the mechanic left the clamp loose when he worked on the water pump two weeks early, and at the very least, should not have charged me for fixing it.
I will not be going back to Larry's.
