Title Companies
No one likes to pay for this type of service, but it's necessary when buying/selling property and costs are the same, wherever you go. Now, years later, after recently having to deal with a different title company, we fully realize and appreciate how well our two experiences with First American Title went. We will not work with anyone else. Thank you, branch manager/escrow officer Katy Downard, for the professionalism -- shown through prompt, accurate, friendly service -- of the staff of the Bandon office of First American Title.
