 + -1 moreMy experience to them went perfectly fine and they were nice over the phone. I never even met the guy, I just called them up, they knew where my house was because it's just a small town, I don't have to think twice to hire them because they were on the Angie's list. So they came out to fix my roof in 1 day and then they have sent me the bill after they have fixed it. The quality of their work was fine.
Description of Work: I used TY BENNETT ROOFING to fix my roof.

 + -1 moreWe simply had to choose between several bids. So we used someone else due to price and the other contractor helped us more with the adjuster requirements.
Description of Work: We had to have multiple bids for our roof insurance claim. The only reason that the other company won out over this one was that Ty's price was about $300 higher and also the other company included a letter of opinion of that the roof damage was caused by a winter storm and that hand written letter from the other firm made our job with the claim go so much easier than if we had lacked it. Overall we would still recommend this contractor. We had a tough decision between the two bids - but ultimately in today's economy due to the extra attention and lower price of the other contractor we went with someone else. We would call Ty in the future if we were considering additional work.
