Great first contact. Arranged for two years to pay with no interest, which is very helpful for us. It took a bit longer than I thought it would. The only real hitch was in scheduling the final inspection. That's taken a bit of coordination. Overall, they installed a good product. It works well, and they were a pleasure to work with.

After a gas leak in a heat exchanger for our former whirlpool system temporarily closed down our business, Scott's inspected all the water and A/C systems in our building and replaced our gas lines and ventilation system for our hot water tanks.

They did a good job. They were prompt. It was a very simple problem; it had something to do with the thermostat or stuff like that and he had ordered a part that was right back and reached us in a couple of days. He was very pleasant.

On January 2 2011, I was released from the hospital after having bilateral knee replacement to find out our furnace had given up the ghost-it was 20 plus years old. We called Scott's Heating, they arrived within the hour, figured out the problem (the burner jets had rusted thru) made a number of calls to locate a furnace that would be suitable. Scott's went out of their way to round up several portable heaters so we could stay in our home until the new furnace was installed. the next morning @ 7:00 they arrived as promised and began taking out the old furnace and installing the new one. When they were done, they did a excellent job of cleaning up-they even vacuumed after themselves. They returned a week later to check the furnace and also rechecked it again in December of 2011 at no charge to us.
