As always Bill was extremely responsive, punctual and professional.  It went well for us, but Bill took home a large sliver of metal in his finger as a souvenir of the work -- this added an extra day to the process, but Bill made sure the blower was working properly so the A/C would still function even though the job was not complete.  He fit us into his schedule a few days later and finished the job.  I've used Bill for the past several years for emergency calls (he always responds quickly) and will continue to use him in the future and I recommend him without reservation for any HVAC work.

Bill has been to my parents' house several times to repair a lousy furnace my elderly parents were jipped into buying by a guy going out of business. We've always been fortunate to get same day service, even on weekends. His prices are competitive. What makes the difference is his professionalism, promptness, thorough explanations of the services provided (including options)and he always has the parts on hand. He is tidy, respectful and a genuinely nice guy. I recommended him to a friend whose furnace went out and he came that day when all of the other heating companies were making her wait three days for service. She was very pleased. We'll continue to use his services.

Everything was excellent. I was very impressed when he came in for the estimate so I felt there was no need to look around for comparisons. I would use this company again in the future if needed.

Bill was great. Came recommend to us from a friend. It turned out he had worked on our furnace before (previous owner). He was very informative and easy to talk to. He was priced where other companies were but I just liked him better. He had to do the work over several days, but got it completed before we left on vacation. We opted to do our own duct work, which he was totally fine with. However, we will be calling him for that because installing duct work is harder than books make it look. I would not hesitate to use Bill again.

Answered phone immediately and responded to questions personally. Responded to a problem within less than 24 hours. Polite, competent, ethical, and cleaned up after himself. Worked quietly and did not get in the way of our on-going business day.

Bill came out on a sat which saved us. He was so very friendly and helpful. Did a great job and even cleaned the furnace out. He did not charge us any extra for coming on sat. I loved this service and will only use him from now on.
