Herminio was amazing, He knew exactly what needed to be done. The job was overwhelming to us, since the yard had not been tended in over a year. They took care of everything from mowing to trimming and barkdust. Even broke down and hauled away a rickety old shed.

Green growth took some ideas we had about a full renovation of the front and back yard of the home that we wanted to sell, made some alternative suggestions that actually saved us money and the final product turned out spectacular! I would highly recommend this landscaping company to anyone, including my friends, family and neighbors.

Our feeling: too expensive and too stressful. My wife and I wanted to find someone to come out and do some landscaping tasks periodically - mainly to pick up the leaves and to mow the lawn. We interviewed Herminio Cruz, the owner, who came out to look things over. It was a big job - lots to do. Mainly pick up leaves, mow the lawn, and blow off leaves on the roof and in the gutters. He gave us an estimate of $480 for the first visit. Nothing was provided in writing - it was all verbal. He and 2 helpers came out to do the work. Things went better than expected. The 3 of them finished in 1 hour and 15 minutes. We expected to be billed around $250, as that would have been $50/hour for each helper and $100/hour for the owner, which even at that we thought would be very generous. But we were billed $480. I thought that this had to be an error and inquired, but was informed by them that their idea of an "estimate" is that you pay the full amount. They in my opinion provided a "fixed cost" proposal and not "an estimate". But "estimate" is the word that they repeatedly used. Maybe they mean that they might charge you even more? Yikes. But they even repeated the word "estimate" when I questioned the amount of the bill.

Just completed first lawn service but tickled with how great the place looks!! Efficient , professional, friendly, they happily reassured my wife's concerns re. her perennial flowers.

They installed new sod in the lower area of our backyard. They were fast and cleaned up great. Would hire again.

Their performance was excellent. They met and exceeded what I expected from the contract. They worked continuously until the sodding of my front lawn was done, removing the sod the afternoon before and preparing the soil and laying the sod the next morning. They cleaned up the areas beautifully, removing excess dirt and power washing the street and sidewalk areas. Herminio , the owner, ran the job personally. He made the estimate and came out a couple times to kill the existing lawn before the actual removal began. He then supervised and partook of the actual labor. A very hard working, hands on fellow! You might find a less expensive outfit, but I doubt you can find a better one! Green Growth offers true value.

Herminio and his crew worked fastidiously and very hard on 3 areas for our yard. They installed new sod in the front yard, a new stone pathway in the back yard, and trimmed & cleaned excess debris from our Arbor Vitae. All of these areas look beautiful today. They went beyond the bid scope in clearing excess debris and finishing connected areas with the new work. The interactions with Herminio and his crew were exceptionally friendly and professional. We have additional work that they will be doing for us in the future. We feel fortunate to have found such conscientious and skilled craftsmen. Our experience with Green Growth Landscape Maintenance has set the standard for all of our contractor projects.

Look carefully after the job is done to make sure everything is done the way you expected. They did an amazing job with the biggest task, but the second job didn't get done as well as I hoped. I would still hire them again, and be more vigilant. Efficient and well organized group came to our house.

Highly responsive, respectful and friendly. The work was very well done at a good price. We are very happy with the clean up, tree planting, and mowing the crew did for us. It's a pleasure to sit outside again.

Herminio responded very promptly to my call; answered my dumb questions and gave me a ballpark estimate while he was inspecting the project; made a proposal to do the work recommended by the City of Lake Oswego's water guru; and then promptly did the work on time and on budget. In addition, they cut the grass and cleaned up the flower beds and driveway as a courtesy. Outstanding! What else is there to so?

Professional to the utmost! The lawn was a challenge - up a slope to a flat area - drainage challenge - and on top of that in one of the hottest days of the year. No complaints, just smiles and great work from the crew. The work went so fast that they stayed for allotted time on the estimate - pulling weeds; edging; raking; and making the entire LARGE yard and additional space look fantastic.

I have had this service for several years, and have always been happy with their work, always done well and respectfully and very reasonable rates. Fair estimates and often do a little extra touches. The crews work hard and fast. They have done my yard maintenance for at least 5 years. They have just finished a large job for me replacing some grass with pavers and they did a beautiful job.
