I was skeptical about the repair locatuion but waited for some subsequent heavy rains but no further leaks occurred and I
have now repaired the ceiling damage. Dave was correct for which I grateful, especially for his prompt response
when 2 other roofers refused to respond. I have contracted with his company for roof cleaning.

My neighbor used this company some years ago and was happy with their work, so I contacted them when I found out that I had some shingles missing. They replaced the missing shingles and located and fixed a small leak. They removed the moss from the entire roof by hand (not with pressure washing) and then cleaned the debris out of the gutters. Afterwards they applied treatment to inhibit moss regrowth. I found calls returned as promised and the job was actually completed sooner than I had expected.
