COMPLETE ROOFING SERVICE

Michael was very prompt at returning phone calls, getting out to put together an estimate, and coming back with color samples.   Work was started within a couple days after accepting the bid.   After tear off, minor structural repairs were made and synthetic underlayment was put down (much better than tar paper).   Work was suspended for the weekend, during which it rained.   Sunday evening a small leak was discovered in one of the bedrooms.   Within a half hour of being called, Michael was out with huge tarps which he covered the roof with, finishing just before dark.

Work resumed on Monday and was completed mid-day Wednesday.  They did an excellent, high quality job, paying close attention to even the most minor details, going beyond my expectations.    The crew of four was very friendly, responsive, and professional.

Mr. Quesada does not respond to client phone calls. He has refused to give me a receipt for the work that he did. (Told me he was out of receipts the day that I paid him and that he would mail me a receipt) I have a leak around a skylight and have been told that it is a manufacturing issue with the skylight, not a roofing issue. Even though the skylight had not leaked before the roof was replaced.

Michael arrived at my home, when scheduled, to look at the job and make an estimate of re-roofing cost. His written estimate came in a few days later and was complete and well presented. I hired him to do the job even though his bid was not the lowest of the four received. Michael and his crew completed the job in a very professional and timely manner. They were punctual each day and cleaned up their mess when the day's work was over. The entire experience was pleasant for me and I would certainly hire the firm again.
