Our line of Italian Cypresses had developed dry dead spots. We were very afraid that they were diseased and would need to be removed. He did not charge, as, he said, the trees didn't actually need treatment. We found his manner professional, fair, and honest in the extreme and will call him again in a minute if we have other tree problems.

The arborist inspected the property and made an estimate. He completed most of the work in a couple of days. He wanted to wait on thinning some trees until after they had shed their blossoms. Also, personal obligations and other jobs kept him away. He returned more than a month later and did some more work that brought the total charge to the original estimate. Two large trees remained untouched.
