My dog jumped out the open window putting scratch and white marks down the door of our new 4 Runner. Luckily it already had the Opticoat finish from Pristine Detailing, so we stopped by to ask for their recommendation. They took care of us right away, buffed out the scratches and sent us on our way. It looked like new, scratches gone, dog saved, wife saved even though it was NOT her fault. Mark and Travis have always been friendly, helpful, professional and treated us as if we were important customers - even if they were in the middle of a project and we arrived unannounced. Maybe we had good timing, but they have always exemplified customer service, like it used to be. And the work they do is wonderful. Travis would stop buffing to make sure the door was not too hot, making sure everything was the best it could be, not rushing through just to get it done. They really know what they are doing, and it shows. Our vehicle shines like new and we get compliments on how great it looks all the time. We loved the Opticoat finish before, and now are double glad we had it done and highly recommend Pristine Detailing and the Opticoat finish as well. So nice to get a good product, good service and protection that really works. Thank you Mark and Travis. Well Done!!

He and his son told us when the car would be ready, but it was a day late and when we came to pick it up we had to wait about an hour for the final finish. Unprofessional, but the job looked good when it was finally done.

The detailing company did a fantastic job. She's clean and smells new. The engine is spotless. Seats and mats were done and came back looking excellent. All this for a great price.
