ENCHANTED FLORIST

I provided a photo of the bouquet and the owner assured me it could be made almost identically. I asked the the flowers in the baskets for my small grand daughters be similar and I specified that the roses be coral-pink not orangish. I asked that the freesia be whiter than yellower. I was told this would be no problem. I went back 10 days before and reviewed the order with them to assure it would be right. When I arrived to pick up the flowers, the baskets were full of petals not arrangements and although my bouquet was ready, it was not very similar at all to the example I gave them. The flowers were orange and white with big lilies, no freesia, and generally not at all what I wanted. The gal there was very accommodating in arranging flowers in the baskets rather than the petals but she crammed small glasses in the baskets full of water,rather than using oasis or something similar. They were very heavy, and the 3 year old could hardly lift it, and they spilled all over my car en route and had to be re arranged. I was very disappointed in the arrangements.

We love, love, LOVED the table flower arrangements Enchanted Florist did for our big anniversary celebration. We got quality and fabulous creativity for a very fair price. Their work is inspired such that I've not seen from any other local florist. The owner is a pleasure to work with who really listens and incorporated every detail yet put a spin on the arrangement that I would have never thought to do. OUTSTANDING! I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Karen M.
